Overnight LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing care, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate service.

• Administering care according to standards, providing excellent telephonic customer service, assessing patient needs across all ages, ensuring proper resource utilization, and participating in operational improvements.
• The LPN evaluates clinical information, assists with bed assignments, collaborates with physicians, and coordinates special bed requests.
• They also intervene to resolve delays, consider safety and cost-effectiveness, and uphold ethical decision-making.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, valid Illinois LPN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications, and ability to recognize changes in patient conditions.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
