Reliance Home Health Caregivers in Chicago IL is actively seeking licensed nurses for private 1-1 pediatric and adult home care, including GTUBE, TRACHEA and VENT patients. Immediate hire for full-time, part-time or PRN shifts from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
Candidates must hold IL RN or LPN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of direct patient care. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive team with dedicated case managers and schedulers.
