UI Health in Chicago, IL seeks a Staff Nurse I to provide direct patient care on the 5SE Stepdown unit, with a 0.9 FTE schedule (7a-7:30p, e/o weekend). This role emphasizes Shared Leadership, Evidence Based Practice, and Relationship Based Care to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be licensed as an RN in Illinois (or eligible), hold BLS (and ACLS within 6 months), have 2 years of Med/Surg experience, and demonstrate strong communication and EHR skills.
