Plasma Center Training Supervisor - Eligible

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training
• Review Quality Control Records
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals, and ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
• Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns
• Provide counseling to hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
• Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for entire shift, lift to 32 pounds frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Comfort with prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

We are committed to equitable pay and transparency. The hourly wage range is $26.40 - $36.30, which may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The actual wage will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements.
