Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
How You Will Contribute- Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training
- Review Quality Control Records
- Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals, and ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
- Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns
- Provide counseling to hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
- Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for entire shift, lift to 32 pounds frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Comfort with prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

Bio Life Compensation And Benefits SummaryWe are committed to equitable pay and transparency. The hourly wage range is $26.40 - $36.30, which may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The actual wage will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements.
