Licensed Practical Nurse

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute care environment. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and basic procedures
• Document care accurately in the EMRSupport development and implementation of care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge instructions
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
