Licensed Practical Nurse

Life Space Communities, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, dedicated to providing top-quality care and enhancing the lives of our residents at our senior living facilities. This role involves working closely with residents to manage their daily medical needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tailor individual care plans, and ensuring a comfortable and dignified experience for our seniors.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians while monitoring residents for reactions or side effects.
• Record residents' medical information and vital signs and update health charts.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Collaborate with registered nurses to create comprehensive care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on health care plans, conditions, and medications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supervise nursing assistants and aides, providing guidance as needed.
