Chicago: Two Day-Shift Hospitalist Nps​/Pas Physician-Led Practice – Cho

Role Overview

We are recruiting two Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to join a growing physician‑led medical group and its expanding inpatient team serving hospital partners in the Chicago area, including Loretto Hospital (180 beds) and Illinois Masonic Medical Center (300 beds).

Day‑shift schedule preferred with options for 7‑on/7‑off blocks or Monday‑Friday shifts.

• Manage an average daily census of approximately 25 patients.
• Provide inpatient care including rounding, admissions, care coordination and discharge planning.
• Collaborate closely with Hospitalist physicians, nursing staff, case management and consulting specialists to ensure safe, efficient patient care and throughput.
• Participate in Rapid Response and Code Blue events as appropriate.
• No outpatient responsibilities.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with inpatient or hospitalist experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast‑paced urban hospital setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
