Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Mentor and educate staff members to promote professional development and growth. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and reports.
