Position SummaryParticipates in the orientation, training, supervision and evaluation of nursing personnel assigned to the day shift. Confers with Medical staff and other departments to coordinate activities concerning nursing service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements
3 or more years of Nursing Management experience required.
Minimum of an Associate's Degree, Bachelors and Masters level preferred.
Current RN license
CPR certification
Qualifications Behaviors Required LeaderInspires teammates to follow them
Education RequiredAssociates or better in Nursing.
PreferredBachelors or better in Nursing.
Experience Required3 or more years of Nursing Management experience
