NICU/PICU/PEDS Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, patient care quality, and staff for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, PICU and Pediatrics handling hiring, scheduling, budgeting, policy development, and ensuring compliance while fostering a positive environment for caring for critically ill pediatric patients and their families, working closely with neonatologists, pediatric specialists and other staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a school of nursing
- Five (5) years of nursing experience within Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Two (2) years of experience in nursing supervision or experience as a charge nurse.
- Current Neonatal Pulmonary Resuscitation card (NRP) or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
