Our facility is supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team.

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse supervisor or charge nurse
• Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatments
• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and services

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
• 0 years of experience as a CNA (recent graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
