Reliance Home Health Caregivers in Chicagoland is urgently seeking a licensed RN or LPN to provide 1-on-1 home health care to pediatric and adult patients, including g-tubes, tracheostomies and vents. Shift options include 7pm-7am Tuesdays and Fridays, with flexible full-time, part-time or PRN schedules.
We emphasize supportive team, dedicated schedulers, and comprehensive training. Compensation ranges from $38 to $47 per hour, with PPE provided and COVID-19 precautions in place.
