Monday-Friday-may rotate into on-call  ##

What you will do:

* Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
* Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care
* Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases
* Lead daily huddle
* Rotates into patient care as needed
* Manage staff schedules  ##

What you will need:

* IL RN License
* Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred
* BLS/CPR, ACLS from American Heart Association required  ## Benefits (For full time or part time positions):
