The Role
We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant / Veterinary Technician with 2+ years of experience to join our collaborative, patient‑focused team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving

- Work in an AAHA‑accredited hospital practicing fear‑free medicine

- Assist with preventative care appointments and vaccine protocols
- Perform venipuncture and catheter placement
- Support radiology procedures and in‑house laboratory testing
- Handle pharmacy duties and medication preparation
- Provide proper and compassionate patient restraint using fear‑free techniques
- Assist in CORE dental procedures
- Provide surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Maintain clean, organized treatment and patient care areas
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to support daily hospital operations
- 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant and/or Veterinary Technician
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Commitment to patient comfort, safety, and client service
- Pay range: $23.00+ per hour, based on experience and credentials
- Shifts:
3 per week; required Monday and Friday - Health, Vision, Dental Benefits
