• DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Illinois)
• 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience

• Lead the Medical Team – serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting the standard for patient care across the Sploot network.
• Drive Clinical Excellence – implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every patient gets top‑tier care.
• Mentor & Develop Your Team – coach, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers.

• $160,000–$200,000+ total compensation with performance bonus eligibility
