• Experience:
  
  At least 3+ years of experience as a veterinary assistant
• Team Player:
  Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians
• Enthusiasm:
  Passion for innovating and delivering best‑in‑class care whenever pets need it Organization & Efficiency:
  Detail‑oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow
• Bonus Points if you have:
• Experience in urgent or emergency care

• Client Support:
  Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets’ care
• Procedural Support:
  Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe pet restraint
• Clinic Upkeep:
  Maintain a clean, organized clinic for pets, clients, and the team

• Competitive Base Pay: $22–$32/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot‑recognized holidays
