Salary: $170,000 – $270,000 per year
Are you ready to take the next step in your veterinary career? This highly successful group of veterinary hospitals is seeking a passionate Regional Medical Director to lead and inspire veterinary teams and hospital managers across Illinois and parts of Missouri to deliver outstanding patient care and drive hospital growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth and clinical excellence plans.
- Mentor and cultivate veterinary talent within your hospitals.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of new veterinary professionals.
- Competitive salary range: $170,000 – $270,000.

Skills and Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
