Description
Ardent Communities is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to join our fast-growing team. The Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor areas. This includes performing various landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. If you have a passion for working outdoors and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities- Landscaping maintenance: weeding, trimming, watering
- Cleaning and trash removal
- Remove trash and debris from common areas throughout community
- Outdoor facility maintenance: maintain lighting
- Outdoor facility maintenance: maintain signage
- Painting and small exterior repairs
- Seasonal responsibilities
- Winter: shoveling and salting all common areas
- Summer: maintain swimming pool
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed
- Mileage reimbursement
- Uniform provided
- Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
- 401k after a year
- Paid vacation, personal & holidays after 60 days
