Urgent Care + General Practice | 3–4 Days/Week | No Overnights

Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you’ll practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team - so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.

• Flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts + No overnights
• Highly skilled nursing team + up to 3:1 Nurse to DVM ratio
• Collaborative medicine with Medical Directors always available for consults
• Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases
• Strong pre-visit triage so you walk into the exam room prepared

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Illinois
• 1+ year preferred (strong mentorship available)
• Comfortable asking question, and excited to keep growing and developing your skills

• $130,000–$200,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)
