DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the Chicago metro area. This opportunity offers a diverse general practice caseload, collaborative veterinary support, mentorship, and flexibility for doctors at different stages of their careers.

New graduates and experienced veterinarians are both encouraged to explore the opportunity.

Your caseload may include:

• Wellness and preventive medicine
• General medical care
• Diagnostic workups and case management
• Routine surgery
• Dentistry
• Same-day sick visits
• Client education and communication
• Collaboration with veterinarians and support staff

You’ll have the opportunity to continue developing your medical and surgical skills while building long-term relationships with clients and their pets.

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Illinois veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care

Market-based compensation range: $120,000–$190,000
