- Expected Pay Range: $84,200/year to $94,000/year, exempt
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do- Plan, organize, and manage daily plant-level safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Implement and maintain safety policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives across production, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and job safety analyses to drive awareness and compliance.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, coordinate corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and track safety metrics, maintain safety records, and manage chemical inventories and safety data sheets.
- Partner with plant leadership to support emergency planning, drills, and safety reviews for new equipment and facilities.
- Three or more years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Safety related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using technical safety equipment and experience in PSM, LOTO, or ammonia systems preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish a significant plus

Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work performed across plant, warehouse, and logistics environments with varying conditions.
- Regular interaction with production areas, equipment, and potential environmental exposures depending on location.
