St. Croix Meats is seeking a full-time Quality Control Technician at our Chicago facility. You will monitor product quality throughout the production process, inspecting raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet standards.
Your duties include performing routine tests and collaborating with teams to uphold food safety guidelines. Strong analytical and laboratory skills, as well as knowledge of food safety principles, are essential. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
