Quality Engineering Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing software system testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on performance and regression. You will formulate quality assurance frameworks, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure the delivery of high‑quality technology products and services that meet defined quality standards. Additionally, you will leverage AI to enhance quality standards and improve system testing.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the delivery of quality assurance processes and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Managing and mentoring a team of quality engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Database Engineering.
- Expertise in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Familiarity with Quality Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Quality Standards of Products and Services.
- Understanding of System Development Life‑Cycle.
- Ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements.
- Experience in Technology Project Management.
- Skills in Test Automation.
- Knowledge of Testing Methods.
- Familiarity with Technology Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.
- Strong relationship‑building and management skills.
- Ability to communicate with impact.
- Digital fluency and emotional agility.
- Skills in hybrid collaboration and commercial acumen.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change.
- Proficiency in negotiation and influencing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.

Benefits- Competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range in all U.S. locations: $142,600 to $261,500. For New York City metro area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $171,200 to $297,200. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
