Hours:

11:00 pm - 7:00 am (Mon to Fri)

Possible move to 2nd shift and weekends - flexibility is required

2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Mon
- Fri)

Weekend

Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Sat
- Sun) with alternating 6:00 am - 10:00 pm/11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Friday) schedule

Responsibilities

Execute quality holds, investigations, and corrective actions
Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation and records
Support food safety and quality systems within manufacturing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to standards
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in:
Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Food Safety, Manufacturing / Production environments
Hands-on experience with:
Quality holds, Investigations and root cause analysis, Documentation and reporting
Strong understanding of production processes and quality compliance

Preferred Skills

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:
Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing or related field
Familiarity with: QCMS (Quality Management Systems), HACCP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification)
