Quality and Sanitation Specialist
Location: 7300 South Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629
Duration: 5 Months (07/13/2026 to 12/15/2026)
Education / Certifications:
" Associate s Degree or bachelor s degree in food science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Job specific requirements:
" 3 5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
" Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
" Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
" Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.
Work schedule:
" Second
Shift: M-F 3pm to 11pm
" Third
Shift: M-F 11pm to 7am
" WE B
Shift: S-S- M 7pm to 7am F:
Alternates every week Fridays 6am-10am/11am-3pm
