Location: Chicago, IL Responsibilities:
- Execute quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
- Adhere to assigned production shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Second Shift: M-F 3pm to 11pm
- Third Shift: M-F 11pm to 7am
- WE B Shift: S-S-M 7pm to 7am

Alternates every week Fridays 6am-10am/11am-3pm
