Job Overview
The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is seeking a Quality Manager to support our Cicero, IL facility. The role is full‑time and involves leading the development and implementation of the Quality program to meet corporate and plant strategic goals. The Manager will communicate emerging trends, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of quality systems and processes.
- Ensure quality objectives align with corporate and plant strategic goals.
- Communicate emerging trends and risks related to quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in a regulated environment.
- Mentor, manage, and develop the quality department team.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences environments.
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality plans.
- Leadership and team development skills.
