Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure that our precision products consistently meet the highest standards, particularly within the Automotive and Aerospace sectors. This role involves the development and maintenance of quality control processes, performing inspections, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

• Process Design: Work alongside cross-functional teams to design and implement quality processes and procedures for new product launches.
• Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee that products align with customer expectations and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Customer Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Standards Implementation: Develop and enforce comprehensive quality standards and inspection protocols.
• Internal Audits: Conduct audits to maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Record Maintenance: Keep detailed and accurate quality records.
• Industry Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001.
• Supplier Support: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure that supplier quality meets our standards.
• Staff Training: Educate staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize statistical data to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
