Test Automation Lead

As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, end-to-end Quality Engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. The role focuses on improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving toward more predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing solutions.

• Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve software quality and delivery speed.
• Design and drive end-to-end quality engineering and test automation strategies.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in test automation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and take ownership of technical and team-level decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals and technical requirements.
• Analyze testing metrics and feedback to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead efforts to integrate new testing technologies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide solutions to testing and quality problems across immediate and multiple teams.
• Support and mentor team members, helping build technical expertise and fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
