Amylu Foods is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety to lead QA and food safety across Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI facilities. This senior role develops and maintains a unified QMS, ensures FDA FSMA and USDA/FSIS compliance, and champions a culture of quality throughout operations.
You will travel regularly between sites, mentor Plant QA Managers, partner with R&D and Operations, and align policies with business goals while driving continuous improvement.
