Mars Snacking Accelerator is seeking a food safety expert for a 24-month project to lead laboratory and technology programs that make products safer, optimize processes, and reduce verification costs. You will bridge lab methods to manufacturing and partner with SQA as microbiological expert for high-risk suppliers.
Based in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI, you will manage labs, audits, MRAs, IVT, training, and act as authorized witness for critical dispositions.
