We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

The QFS Systems Coordinator plays an important role in helping Farmer’s Fridge turn food safety and quality data into actionable insights. Our Quality & Food Safety programs generate information across environmental monitoring, production checks, internal audits, training, customer feedback, and other programs. This role makes sure that information is accurate, organized, accessible, and reaching the people who can act on it.

You’ll own the day-to-day administration and reporting within our Quality Management System, help identify trends and gaps before they become larger issues, and maintain the documentation that keeps our food safety programs organized and audit-ready. You’ll work closely with our Quality & Food Safety team as well as partners across Operations, Distribution, and R&D, combining strong attention to detail with an ability to make data understandable and useful.

• Build and maintain recurring reports across key food safety and quality programs, including environmental monitoring, production compliance, internal audits, training, customer complaints, and quality holds.
• Review and analyze quality and food safety data to identify trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks, and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
• Serve as the day-to-day administrator of our Quality Management System, Safety Chain, including forms, workflows, user access, and reporting.
• Partner with Quality & Food Safety leaders and plant teams to ensure production-floor checks are configured correctly, completed on time, and generating reliable data.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data collection and recommend improvements to how information is captured, maintained, and reported.
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation for food safety and quality programs, including SOPs, HACCP plans, specifications, training records, and other program documentation.
• Coordinate corrective action and non-conformance tracking, including routing items to the appropriate owners, monitoring deadlines, and following up on outstanding actions.
• Help keep the organization audit-ready by organizing and maintaining documentation for SQF, USDA, third-party, and customer audits.
• Maintain supplier and ingredient documentation, including certificates, approvals, and expiration tracking.
• Support mock recalls, traceability exercises, internal audits, and new product launch readiness.
• Provide data, records, and reporting support to cross-functional partners across Operations, Distribution, and R&D.
