Bell Street, an entrepreneurial, boutique commercial real estate firm, is seeking to fill brokerage positions with “new to the business” CRE professionals. We focus on developing recent graduates and helping them build careers across varied geographical and asset classes nationwide. The positions offer a full commission compensation program and require an Illinois real‑estate license.
The company has been working in real estate for over eight years. It originally operated out of an office in midtown Atlanta, then expanded to Denver, CO, and San Jose, CA, with a growth plan to add other satellite offices nationwide. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our Chicago, IL office and are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team.
We provide the training, resources, and support needed to help new agents develop into top‑performing professionals in the commercial real‑estate industry.
Bell Street focuses on a variety of markets within commercial real estate, including Industrial, Office, Medical Office, Multi‑Family, Retail, Leasing, Auction, Self‑Storage, Golf & Resort, Restaurant/Hospitality, Property Management, and Institutional Capital Markets.

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, law, construction management, business, or finance (preferred)
- Positive attitude and proven work ethic
- Great listening skills

The Daily Tasks Will Encompass The Following- Engage in daily prospecting through cold calling
- Prepare comprehensive market analyses
- Develop Broker Opinion of Value reports
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial real‑estate owners
- Dispatch offers to potential clients
- Engage in ongoing education development through internal programs
