A prominent real estate company is hiring a Property Administrator to join their Chicago office. This in-person role offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 and is ideal for someone passionate about delivering a high-touch customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy property. The Property Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring seamless office operations, fostering strong tenant relationships, and driving service excellence across the property.

This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site ambassador, creating a welcoming and professional experience for tenants and visitors
  • Oversee daily customer service operations, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Support the Property Management Office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including tenant onboarding
  • Promote and enhance building amenities and initiatives to elevate the tenant experience
  • Manage invoicing, rent statements, and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to budget alignment
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial processes, including accruals and budgeting support
  • Keep tenant-facing systems and communications up to date and accessible
  • Collaborate closely with the property management team on projects and operational priorities
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or commercial real estate environments
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
  • Professional, reliable team player with emerging leadership skills and a growth mindset
