Rent Life is seeking motivated, tech‑savvy Leasing Agents to join our growing Chicago team. You will represent a portfolio of high‑quality residential properties and work directly with renters to guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to move‑in.

• Respond to and follow up with prospective renter inquiries
• Conduct in‑person and virtual property tours
• Match clients with suitable apartment options based on needs and budget
• Utilize CRM and marketing platforms to manage leads and pipeline
• Coordinate applications, approvals, and lease execution
• Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer service

• Illinois Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain promptly)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Self‑motivated and organized
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment
