Property Tax Analyst

• Enter property tax IDs, property tax amounts, delinquent taxes, and general property and client information
• Research legal descriptions
• Manage the database of electronic client files, including filing documents timely and accurately
• Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy
• Provide daily support to departmental personnel as needed
• Research exceptions with different jurisdictions
• Understand commercial real estate
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree - Business degree preferred
• 2 years office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Solid computer and keyboarding skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A pre-employment background check is required
