- Assist with commercial property acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing
- Support lease administration, renewals, amendments, critical dates, and landlord communications
- Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, environmental reports, surveys, appraisals, and title reviews
- Maintain lease files, property records, and real estate databases
- Assist with financial analyses, market research, and site selection summaries
- Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders throughout real estate transactions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management
- Support special projects related to Daniels' expanding property portfolio
- Travel occasionally to visit existing and prospective Daniels facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, finance, construction, or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing real estate organization
Demonstrates expertise in commercial property acquisitions, lease administration, and financial analysis while effectively coordinating due diligence activities and managing stakeholder communications. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced real estate environment.
