• Perform data integration and analysis of bulk transcriptomics and single-cell datasets related to liver biology and metabolic-associated liver disease
• Systematically QC, annotate, and integrate public omics and single-cell datasets
• Conduct downstream analyses using advanced analytical approaches to enhance understanding of liver disease biology
• Develop and maintain robust and flexible code for analysis pipelines
• Communicate results effectively to the wider scientific team

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience or PhD with 0-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in genomic and multi-omic data analysis, including single-cell RNASeq and bulk RNASeq
• Fluency in Python and/or R, experience in Linux environments, and familiarity with workflow management (Nextflow) and version control
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in immunology or fibrotic diseases, especially metabolic-associated liver disease, is a plus

• Familiarity with best practices and cutting-edge tools in single-cell analysis
• Experience in computational research related to immunology and genomic sciences
