A growing biotechnology company is seeking a Research Associate to join their team. This role offers a hands‑on, fast‑paced laboratory environment with opportunities to contribute to drug development projects.
Responsibilities- Protein characterization, expression, and purification.
- Maintain detailed experimental records.
- Assist with assay development or optimization (e.g., ELISA, binding assays, etc.).
- Support team members with sample preparation, data collection, and basic data analysis.
- Maintain lab organization, equipment, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
- B.S. or M.S. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Hands‑on laboratory experience with protein purification, cell culture, molecular cloning, PCR/qPCR, and biochemical assays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a collaborative research environment.
- Exposure to industry or academic research lab is preferred.
