• Conduct independent and/or collaborative scientific research
• Publish high‑quality academic papers in peer‑reviewed journals
• Apply for international research funding
• Supervise graduate students or junior researchers (if applicable)
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams to drive research‑to‑industry translation

• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $300,000+ (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
• Research Startup Funding:
  Up to $400,000
• Housing & Settlement Support:

• PhD degree from a globally recognized university (preferably QS Top 200) or leading research institution
• Strong academic background and independent research capabilities
• Demonstrated record of publications or project leadership
• Willingness to collaborate with Chinese academic or industrial partners
