Duties
Design, plan and conduct research projects in neuroscience, neurodegenerative disease, immunology, microbiology, and cancer research.
Maintain and analyze primary and secondary cell cultures, stem cells and microbial cultures for research applications.
Conduct molecular biology experiments such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, perform flow cytometry, immunostaining, gene expression analysis, and microscopy, investigate host-pathogen interactions, neuroinflammation.
