K3 Innovations is seeking a Lab Technician III to support Abb Vie's Science & Technology Bioanalytical team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a laboratory professional with HPLC experience and a strong scientific background to contribute to the development of innovative biologic therapies in a fast-paced pharmaceutical research environment.

- Perform routine and non-routine bioanalytical testing to support pharmaceutical development projects
- Conduct analytical techniques including SEC, CEX, HIC, RP-HPLC
, and other physical characterization methods - Perform laboratory testing including Karl Fischer, UV/Vis, IR, fluorescence spectroscopy, pH, viscosity, density, color, clarity, and particle analysis
- Analyze and interpret laboratory data while delivering accurate, reproducible results
- Troubleshoot laboratory experiments and analytical instrumentation
- Document experimental work using electronic laboratory notebooks (eLN)
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with project teams while supporting multiple bioanalytical programs

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology
, or a related scientific discipline - Strong general laboratory skills including pipetting, weighing, and solution preparation
- Experience with bioanalytical methods
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a laboratory environment
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm
- Hands-on HPLC experience (training provided)
- Experience using Empower chromatography software (training provided)
- Experience with particle sizing and particle testing techniques
- Familiarity with UV, IR, and fluorescence spectroscopy
- Experience with force testing and other analytical instrumentation
- Knowledge of sampling, pH measurement, and laboratory documentation practices
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 100% onsite laboratory position in a GLP environment
- Approximately 80% laboratory work / 20% documentation and administrative tasks
- Work closely with a supervisor while collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams
