Partner closely with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless scale-up and process validation, while engaging directly with customers to translate their needs into innovative, market-ready products. Your leadership will drive cross-functional projects, mentor junior scientists, and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands‑on R&D experience in shelf-stable liquid food or beverage development
- Proven expertise in formulation, thermal/non‑thermal processing, and shelf‑life stability
- Experience scaling formulations from bench to manufacturing, including leading plant trials
- Strong customer engagement skills, including co‑development, troubleshooting, and technical presentations
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Advanced degree in Food Science or related discipline
- Experience in high-paced, customer‑driven environments such as ingredient or food manufacturing companies
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Over 10 years of practical experience in liquid food product development and commercialization
