- Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
- Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders.
- Evaluate and implement cost controls.
- Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as necessary.
- Create and monitor schedules; manage onboarding of new team members.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication with guests and team members.
- Compliance with Burger King standards when resolving issues.
- Motivates employees, resolves conflicts, and makes tough decisions.
- Available to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
- Scholarship Fund Program – scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $50,000.
