What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop servant leaders—put people and the restaurant first.

  • Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team.
  • Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
  • Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for the next level.
  • Consistently thank the team and celebrate success.
  • Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate.
  • Monitor speed of service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of product quality and operational standards.
  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
  • Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
  • Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
  • Evaluate and implement cost controls.
  • Monitor people charts and production planning and adjust as necessary.
  • Create and monitor schedules; manage new team‑member onboarding.
  • Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent guest service skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective communication with guests and team members.
  • Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
  • Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
  • Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends, and holidays.
