, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the front-line ambassador for our store, engaging with customers, and baking our delicious cookies!

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection & serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing the bakery

• Prior experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
