Job SummarySummary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for the next guest.
- Maintains cleanliness of server stations. Wipes down tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.
- Helps servers with water service to guarantee guests always have water at their table.
- Transports all dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room to the bussing station.
- Performs any general cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Performs all assigned side work, including polishing plates and restocking the server station.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
