Job SummaryThe Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. This role supports the success of hospitality services during audits and events by maintaining a professional, guest-focused atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, reporting shortages or equipment issues promptly
- Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, enhancing the overall client experience during hospitality events
- Support hospitality logistics during travel assignments, including setup, teardown, and transport of bar-related materials
- Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with team members and management to align with event timelines and client expectations
- Assist in reviewing guest feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Proficiency in basic inventory and POS systems (familiarity with hospitality software)
- Understanding of hospitality service principles and basic event coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a travel-based task force
- High attention to detail and professional appearance
