As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Rogers Park store located at 6470 N Sheridan Rd Chicago, IL 60626
, you will serve as the primary point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers and baking our signature warm cookies.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience to each customer with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and overall upkeep of the bakery.

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Ambitious nature.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
