Job Summary: Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by having extensive food and beverage knowledge, engaging with guests, taking orders, and effectively running multiple tables. - Greets guests in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
- Guides guests through all phases of their experience at our venue.
- Exhibits proper knowledge, service techniques and delivery of Food and Beverage offerings.
- Describes Food and Beverage features on a daily basis.
- Provides top-notch service to multiple tables at a time.
- Works alongside bussers in clearing and re-setting tables.
- Maintains a sense of urgency to provide anticipatory service and attention to detail.
- Communicates with management regarding guest needs, comments, or incidents.
- Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and Health Department, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation.
- Comply with health and food safety standards, restock items, and clean as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat, and personable demeanor at all times.
- Stay calm and collected in stressful environments.
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Stand/walk a minimum of 8 hours per shift or as needed.
- Exert well-paced and frequent mobility for extended periods.
- Lift and carry multiple items (e.g., heavy plates and trays).
- Reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, and input data as needed.
- Work in both warm and cool environments with high noise levels.
- Tolerance for potential allergens (peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish).
- At least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years serving experience.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work daytime and nighttime shifts, including late hours.
- Weekend availability is necessary.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of at least 4 days per week.
- Produces high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food.
- Follows instructions and asks questions for clarification when needed.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume serving experience.
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Delivers top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
- Food Handlers Certification
- Other applicable certifications per local requirements
Hourly Rate: $12.62/hr (Chicago tipped minimum wage)
Tips: Servers also receive tips from guests. While tip amounts may vary, the average Server at this location earns between $40-50/hour total (base hourly rate + tips).

Eligibility based on time in position and average hours worked. Referred employees must be in good standing.
